Badi Chura

Ingredients to make Badi Chura

  • 15-20 Urad dal badis
  • 6-7 flakes of Garlic pods
  • 3 to 4 baby sized Onions
  • 2 green chillies
  • 2-3 tsp of mustard oil
  • Salt to taste

How to make Badi Chura

  1. Heat a pan. Roast the badis.
  2. Coarsely grind the Garlic, Onion, Chillies, and Badis.
  3. Add salt and mustard oil to the above mixture.
  4. Your dish is ready. Serve it with Pakhala.
