Ingredients to make Mosdeng Serma from Tripura

  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1 tbsp of chopped garlic
  • 1/4 cup of chopped onion
  • 1 cup of chopped ripe tomatoes
  • 2 tsp of chopped green chillies
  • salt
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • Chopped coriander

How to make Mosdeng Serma from Tripura

  1. In a wok put in oil and add garlic.
  2. Cook till its golden and add onion. Then let it cook till its translucent.
  3. Next add the tomatoes, then put in salt and chilli powder.
  4. Stir it well and cook till the tomatoes turn pulpy. Add coriander.
  5. Enjoy with boiled rice or chapati. Happy cooking!
