Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Gurde Kapoore (meat pieces) 1/2kg
  2. Onions 3
  3. Garlic 4-5
  4. Ginger 2" pcs
  5. Green chillies 4-5
  6. Salt as per taste
  7. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  8. Degi mirch 1/2 tsp
  9. Meat masala 1 tsp
  10. Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  11. Curd 250 gms

Instructions

  1. Wash gurde kapoore (meat pieces) properly and keep it aside.
  2. Finely chop onions, ginger, garlic and green chillies.
  3. In a pan, take some oil and put the chopped mixture into it.
  4. Keep it on medium flame till the mixture turns light brown in colour.
  5. Add salt , red chilli powder , degi mirch and meat masala to it.
  6. Add gurde kapoore to the pan. Cover it and cook it on medium flame for 5 mins.
  7. Add curd and mix well.
  8. Let it cook again for 10 mins
  9. Add garam masala to it once the pieces become soft.
  10. And your yummy masaledar gurde kapoore are ready to be served.
