ABOUT Mutton Kaleji Aloo RECIPE

Liver or kaleji aloo is loved in North by most.With onion tomato ka masala, garam masala seasoning.Goes great with Paratha roti ,baghare rice .Keep some gravy if you like.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 10- 12 kaleji pieces
  2. 2 potatoes
  3. 1 big tomato chopped
  4. 2 onions cut fine
  5. 1 tblspn gingergarlic paste
  6. 1 tsp garam masala
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 1/4th tspn turmeric powder
  9. 1 tspn cummin corriander powder
  10. 1 tspn red chilli powder
  11. 2tblspn oil

Instructions

  1. Wash clean Kaleji pieces well keep aside
  2. Ready all ingredients too
  3. Heat oil in pressure cooker saute onions
  4. Add 2 potatoes cut in quarters and ginger garlic paste
  5. Stir fry well ,add 2 chopped tomatoes
  6. Add dry spices now
  7. Mix cook 1 minute
  8. Add 2 tomatoes chopped mix well
  9. Mix roast well ,add garam masala now
  10. Mix , add the kaleji now
  11. Mix well add 1/2 glass water cook 10 minutes on slow in pressure
  12. Remove in bowl serve
