தேவையான பொருட்கள் பரிமாறும்: 7

  1. Mutton 1 kg
  2. Ginger garlic paste 2spoon
  3. Turmeric
  4. Chilli powder 2spoon
  5. Dhania powder 1 spoon
  6. Salt as per ur taste
  7. Oil

வழிமுறைகள்

  1. Take a cooker add mutton and gg paste
  2. Salute it for two to three mts
  3. And then add the masalas one by one except oil
  4. Cook for 6 to 7 whistles
  5. Open the cooker after the pressure settles and cook again
  6. Cook till the water dries up
  7. And then add oil cook in slow flame til the oil leaves the side
  8. Have it with sambar rice r rasam rice
