Ingredients to make Eggless vanilla sponge slice cake

  • Self raising flour 1 1/2 cup
  • sugar 3/4 cup
  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp to 1 tsp
  • Vanilla Essence 1tsp
  • Thick curd 1/4 cup
  • butter 1/4 cup
  • milk 1 tbs

How to make Eggless vanilla sponge slice cake

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 d for 10 mins in a baking tray apply some butter and line the parchment paper and keep aside .
  2. In a mixing bowl add butter and sugar and beat until creamy.
  3. add vanilla extract and curd and beat until everything incorporate..
  4. Now add the sifted flour and baking powder mix well with cut fold method with spatula..
  5. Add milk if the batter is too thick .. And pour to that cake tin and tap twice to get the air..
  6. Now bake this for 180 d for 30 to 35 mins .. Or until tooth pick comes out clean.. Make sure the cake cools out completely before cut it .. Enjoy with your loved ones 😍😋😊😘
  7. Note : if you're using self raising flour then don't add baking powder. If it's a normal flour or maida or all purpose flour then add baking powder
