  1. Wheat flour 2 cup
  2. Samolina 1/2 cup
  3. Salt 1 tsp
  4. Water 2 cup
  5. Cooking oil 3-4 tsp
  6. Wheat flour 1/2 cup for dusting
  7. Cooking oil for deep fry

Instructions

  1. SIEVED WHEAT FLOUR
  2. SAMOLINA
  3. SALT, WATER
  4. COMBINE ALL TOGETHER
  5. ADD SUFFICIENT WATER, MIX WELL TO PREPARE DOUGH
  6. ADD 3 TSP COOKING OIL
  7. MIX AND KNEAD WELL TO GET SMOOTH DOUGH LIKE CHAPATI
  8. BEAT 5-6 TIMES, COVER AND REST FOR HALF AN HOUR
  9. OPEN THE LID, MAKE SMALL LEMON SIZED BALLS
  10. DUST WHEAT FLOUR ON ROTI MAKER, PRESS THE DOUGH BALL IN WHEAT FLOUR
  11. PRESS THE ROTI MAKER, TAKE PRESSED ROUND SHAPED DOUGH
  12. FRY IN HOT OIL
  13. FRY BOTH THE SIDES, REMOVE ON KITCHEN TOWEL TO REMOVE THE EXCESS OIL AND SERVE IN HOT
