Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Bullet green chilly 200 gm
  2. Gram flour 2 cup
  3. Red chilly powder 1 tsp
  4. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Deseed the green chilly and keep in salty water for 1/2 hour.
  2. In a mixing bowl add gram flour, salt, turmeric powder and red chilly powder.
  3. Mix well and make pouring consistency batter using sufficient water.
  4. Dip green chilly in batter and fry in hot oil till done.
  5. Serve with ketchup.
