Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup soya granules
  2. 1 finely chopped onion
  3. green chilies finely chopped
  4. Coriender leaves
  5. 1tsp chopped garlic
  6. Salt as per taste
  7. Red chilli powder
  8. Maggi masala powder(optional)
  9. Aamchoor
  10. Coriander powder 1tsp
  11. Cumin seeds 1tsp

Instructions

  1. Wash the soya granules and put them aside.
  2. Take 1tsp oil in a pan and put cumin seeds and let it crackel.
  3. Now put the soya granules in the pan and add the masalas. And let it cool.
  4. Whenn cooled add chopped onions,green chillies, and coriander leaves.
  5. Mix it well.
  6. Now take the normal chapati dough and stuff it with the stuffing.
  7. Now make paranthas and enjoy with a bowl of fresh curd...
