Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Maida 1+1/2 cup
  2. Powdered sugar 1/2 cup
  3. Condensed milk 1/2 cup
  4. Butter 1/3 cup
  5. Milk 3/4 cup
  6. Butterscotch essence 1 tsp
  7. Butterscotch crush 1/3 cup
  8. Baking powder 3/4ttsp
  9. Baking soda 1/2tsp
  10. Vinegar 1+1/2 tsp
  11. Whipping cream 2+1/4 cup
  12. For praline
  13. Granulated sugar 1/2 cup
  14. Roasted cashew,almond 1/4 cup
  15. Yellow colour few drops
  16. For sugar syrup
  17. Sugar 1/4 cup
  18. Water 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. Cream butter till pale then add sugar till it becomes fluffy
  2. Sieve maida baking powder
  3. Mix in butter & sugar mix
  4. Add essence ,yellow colour, butterscotch crush milk
  5. Mix it well
  6. Now before baking add baking soda and vinegar quickly
  7. Keep it in preheated oven for baking
  8. Bake @ 180 c for 35-40 min
  9. Now whip cream till it doubles in size add butterscotch crush and essence and yellow colour
  10. Prepare praline
  11. Take a pan and add sugar till it Mets add roasted nuts and butter
  12. Mix and when desired golden colour comes switch off flame and pour in greased plate and let it cool
  13. Crush praline in mortar
  14. Now cut cake in 3 equal parts and apply cream and cover the whole cake
  15. Make swirls and sprinkle praline on it
