Easy Eggless Semolina Mango Cake

Ingredients to make Easy Eggless Semolina Mango Cake

  • semolina 1.5 cup
  • kesar mango pulp (thick) 1.5 cup
  • Baking powder 1.5 tsp
  • Castor sugar 3/4 cup
  • cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  • almond powder (coarse) 1/4 cup (optional)
  • Melted butter 100 gm Or 3/4 cup

How to make Easy Eggless Semolina Mango Cake

  1. Mix all dry ingredients. Except almond powder.
  2. Then add wet ingredients.
  3. Mix well. Keep aside covered for 10 to 15 minutes.
  4. Preheat oven at 180°c for 10 minutes.
  5. Pour batter into greased cake tin. Sprinkle almond powder on top.
  6. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or till done.
  7. Take it immediately out of the oven.
  8. Let it cool completely.
  9. Slice and serve.

My Tip:

I used home made mango pulp.
