Apple Walnut and Cinnamon Wheat Muffins

Ingredients to make Apple Walnut and Cinnamon Wheat Muffins

  • Wheat flour 1 cup+3/4cup
  • Icing sugar 1/2 cup
  • Oil (veg or olive) 1/2 cup
  • Curd 1/2 cup
  • Baking powder 1 tbsp
  • Baking soda 1 tsp
  • Cinnamon powder 1 tsp
  • 1 medium sized apple grated
  • Walnuts
  • Vanilla essence 3-4 drops
  • Pinch of salt
  • Muffin cups

How to make Apple Walnut and Cinnamon Wheat Muffins

  1. Preheat the oven at 180 degree for 10 min before you put the cake batter in it.
  2. Take a big bowl and put curd, oil, sugar, vanilla essence, and cinnamon powder, mix it well (you can use hand blender to beat it) blend it just for a minute.
  3. Now add grated apple in it and mix properly. Now sieve all dry ingredients and keep adding it to wet ingredients little by little, mix well, don't mix too fast or vigorously.
  4. Now take muffins cups and place it on baking tray. Now fill the batter only till 1/2 line of cups. You can put small choco chips too on top of muffin batter.
  5. Now place it in oven for 20 to 25 min or till the skewer comes out clean. Let it cool for 5 to 10 minutes. They can be served with vanilla ice cream.

My Tip:

Put cinnamon powder and walnuts as per taste.
