Healthy Bread Circlewich

Ingredients to make Healthy Bread Circlewich

  • Boiled potatoes 2
  • 1 medium sized chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped capsicum
  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp amchoor powder
  • 1/4 tsp coriander powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Chat masala 1 tsp
  • Bread slices 4
  • 1 tsp oil
  • Butter 1 tsp

How to make Healthy Bread Circlewich

  1. Take a pan. Put 1 tsp of oil, chopped onions and saute them till they turn pink.
  2. Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, amchoor powder and mix it. Add boiled potatoes mash it with the help of a masher.
  3. Add chopped capsicum
  4. Add salt and mix it again.
  5. Mash it and mix it properly, add a little chat masala.
  6. Take slices of bread and cut them in circular shape with the help of a cutter.
  7. Take a circular bread slice place the boiled aloo mixture and cover it with another bread.
  8. Take a tawa put little butter and put these circular sandwiches on it.
  9. Get them little golden from both the side.
  10. Serve these 'bread circlewich' with sauce aur dhaniya chutney.

My Tip:

If you don't have cutters you can use sharp edge katori or glass. You can add cheese slice also.
