Oil Free Falafel

Ingredients to make Oil Free Falafel

  • chickpeas 1 bowl
  • onion medium 1
  • garlic 4-5 cloves
  • coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  • salt to taste
  • Garam masala 1 tsp

How to make Oil Free Falafel

  1. Soak one bowl of chickpeas for 12 hrs, now in a food processor add all ingredients and make a granular paste.
