Ingredients to make Microwave gudpapdi

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2cup ghee
  • 1/3 cup gud
  • 1 tbsp sonth powder
  • A pinch of elaichi powder
  • 1 tbsp khus khus

How to make Microwave gudpapdi

  1. In microwave safe bowl add the flour and ghee.
  2. Mix properly.
  3. Microwave on high for 3 minutes stirring after every 1 minute.
  4. Add sonth powder and again microwave for 1 minute.
  5. Remove from microwave and add gud immediately.
  6. Mix thoroughly.
  7. Spread evenly in already greased thali.
  8. Sprinkle khus khus and Pat lightly with hands.
  9. Let set for atleast half an hour before eating
