ABOUT Green Garlic Bhakri (sai thum jo dodo) RECIPE

Sai thum jo dodo means green garlic Jowar roti .it is a typical Sindhi breakfast . there is lot of garlic in winter season and from childhood this break fast is my all time favourite.lot of butter on hot hot bhakri is so so yummi.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Green garlic paste.... 5 tab.spoon
  2. Green chilly paste...3chilly
  3. Salt..as per taste
  4. Butter...4 tab.spoon
  5. Jowar flour...1 cup
  6. Wheat flour...2 tab.spoon

Instructions

  1. Take a big bowl mix all ingredients (only left butter)
  2. Knead it with water.
  3. Use water as need and make a hard dough
  4. Take a small part of dough and roll it
  5. Make a medium shaped roti
  6. Put it on hot tava and roast it on medium flame
  7. As it roast both sides take it on plate and drop butter and serve hot with dahi or curd
