Ingredients to make Mix Vegetables

  • onion 1 big
  • diced potatoes 2
  • diced carrot 2
  • chopped beans 100 gm
  • cubed paneer 200 gm
  • parwal 4-5
  • ginger
  • green chillies 2-3
  • gobhi 4-5 florets
  • dry masala ( tejpatta, laung, badi ilaichi, choti ilaichi, kalimirch)
  • Kashmiri lal mirch
  • haldi
  • red chilli powder
  • dhania powder
  • Garam masala
  • Kasoori methi
  • kitchen king masala

How to make Mix Vegetables

  1. Deep fry cube sized potatoes, paneer, parwal, gobhi and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in kadhai. Add 1 tejpatta, 1 badi ilaichi, laung, kalimirch, 1 choti ilaichi and 1 spoon kashmiri lal mirch.
  3. Fry the chopped onions, add chopped green chillies and grated ginger.
  4. Mix haldi, red chilli powder, dhania powder, salt and little water.
  5. When oil comes to the sides, mix chopped french beans, carrot and put the lid over the kadhai. Cook the vegetables in steam.
  6. Add and mix all the fried vegetables.
  7. Sprinkle garam masala, kitchen king masala and kasoori methi and serve hot.
