ABOUT Jello Cupcakes with Cream RECIPE

A super yummy dessert. My innovative idea for the kids, come and indulge in these beauties. You will definitely love them this

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Jelly of your choice (any flavour)
  2. 1 coffee mug of boiling water for each packet
  3. Cream for the topping

Instructions

  1. Mix the jelly packets in the boiling water and stir them well.
  2. I used foster clark brand of 85 gm each of vegetarian jello and followed the package instructions.
  3. For a firmer jello, use only boiling water about 225 ml each for one pack of 85 gm.
  4. Pour this mixture into a cupcake pan and set it in the fridge.
  5. Top them with cream and enjoy!
