Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 tspn sugar
  2. 1tspn instant dry yeast
  3. 1 cup atta
  4. Salt according to taste
  5. Sliced onions
  6. Sliced capsicum
  7. 2tbspn boiled corns
  8. Pizza seasoning
  9. Pizza sauce
  10. Grated cheese
  11. Chilli flakes

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl and add 1tspn sugar and yeast
  2. Then take 1/2 cup lukewarm water
  3. Mix the sugar and yeast in it
  4. Cover the bowl with a lid and allow the yeast to ferment
  5. After 15 mins you will see that the yeast and sugar mixture has risen
  6. Then take a flat bowl and add1 full cup Atta.
  7. Add salt and the water mixture
  8. Now knead the dough
  9. Grease your palm with olive oil and knead the dough again
  10. Put the dough in a deep bowl
  11. Cover it with a cling wrap
  12. Keep it aside for 20 mins
  13. Take a connection proof dish to bake the pizza
  14. Now take out your dough. Punch it with a figure to take out the air
  15. Now once again knead it
  16. Divine the dough into 2equal parts
  17. Roll out with the help of a rolling pin
  18. It should not b very thick
  19. Now put the pizza sauce.
  20. Then add the grated cheese
  21. Put the sliced Vegetables and corn
  22. Sprinkle the seasoning and chilli flakes
  23. Now put it in the preheated oven in the lower rack
  24. Bake it for 15- 17 mins
