Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1-1.5 cup sweet corn, steamed and grind to paste
  2. 1 tea spoon ghee
  3. 1/2 cup milk
  4. 1/2 tea spoon jeera
  5. 1 chopped green chilli
  6. 1 tea spoon grated ginger
  7. 1/2 tea spoon turmeric powder
  8. 1/2 tea spoon red chili powder
  9. 1/4 tea spoon hing
  10. 1/2 tea spoon sugar
  11. 1 lemon juice
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Chopped green coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Take the corn wash it thoroughly put in cooker and give two whistle.
  2. )Take milk and put in the corn and grind coarsely
  3. Heat pan add ghee jeera, hing, grated ginger, green chilli, turmeric powder, salt and mix well.
  4. Add coarsely ground corn and mix well add red chilli powder mix well and let it cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add lemon juice and garnish with chopped green coriander leaves
  6. Bhutte ki kees ready
