Ingredients to make Panchratan

  • coconut powder - 1 tbsp
  • Chopped almonds - 10
  • Gond - 1 tbsp
  • Bura or sugar - 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper - 7
  • ghee for frying gond

How to make Panchratan

  1. First heat the pan, add ghee and fry the gond. Keep the gond in a plate.
  2. Saute black pepper and almonds in some ghee.
  3. Take a bowl, mix in all the ingredients, roasted almonds, black pepper, fried gond, coconut powder and sugar or bura.
  4. Serve it with a glass of hot milk.

My Tip:

It is a very healthy sweet dish specially if taking with glass of hot milk.
