Dahi kebabs

Ingredients to make Dahi kebabs

  • 1/2 cup hung curd
  • 1/2 cup grated paneer
  • 2 pinch garam masala
  • 1 spoon cashew powder
  • 2 sp plain flour
  • 2 sp gram flour
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 1 med onion chopped
  • 1 tsp red chilli
  • 1 green chilly chopped. (As per taste)
  • Salt and pepper
  • oil for frying

How to make Dahi kebabs

  1. Mix all the ingredients. Knead into a dough. Make small cutlets and deep fry. Serve with pudina chutney.

My Tip:

Don't press it much while making kebabs.
