Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Oil for frying
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Hing - as per your taste
  4. Chopped curry leaves - a few
  5. Jeera 2 tsp
  6. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  7. Wheat flour 1 cup
  8. Maida 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients and knead into a hard dough. Add about 1 tbsp of hot oil to this dough and knead well and keep it aside for 5 minutes.
  2. Roll them into bigger and thin chapatis. Cut them into diamond shapes with the help of a sharp knife.
  3. Deep fry these diamond cuts in oil.
