Ingredients to make Fish Masala
- Fish of your choice - 8 pieces, if big one.
- Big onion, 2
- Green chillies 2
- Just crush 10 small onions, 5 garlic & a piece of ginger together.
- coriander powder 1 tsp
- Chilli powder 2 tsp or according to taste
- Turmeric 1/4 tsp & salt as per taste
- Garam masala a pinch
- 1 tsp tamarind pulp
- Tomato 3
How to make Fish Masala
