Carrot Cheese Paratha

Ingredients to make Carrot Cheese Paratha

  • carrot grated 1 &1/2 cup
  • Cheese 1/4 cup
  • wheat flour 2 cups
  • Pav bhaji masala 1/2 tablespoon
  • salt as per taste
  • coriander leaves 1 bunch
  • bread crumbs 1/4 cup
  • red chilli 2 table spoons
  • jeera 1 tablespoon
  • water sufficient to make the dough
  • ghee/ oil to apply on the paratha

How to make Carrot Cheese Paratha

  1. Mix the wheat flour, salt and sufficient amount of water to make the dough, knead it and keep it aside.
  2. In a pan, add oil and grated carrots, cook it for 5 minutes on medium and add it in a mixing bowl.
  3. In that mixing bowl, add above ingredients like cheese, salt, red chilli, coriander leaves, breadcrumbs, pav bhaji masala and give it a mix.
  4. Kneed the dough and make a chapati and in the middle add the stuff and wrap it in such a way that you do not see the stuff and remove the excess dough.
  5. Make paratha with your palm into round shape, add wheat flour to dust if desired and cook the chapati with the help of ghee.
  6. Serve it with curd.

My Tip:

If you like to have a bit spicy, you can even add green chilli paste. You can replace coriander leaves with curry leaves.
