Tomato Coriander Shorba

Ingredients to make Tomato Coriander Shorba

  • tomato 3
  • fresh coriander 1/2 cup
  • ginger chilli paste 1 tsp
  • salt as per taste
  • Black pepper 1/4 tsp
  • Sweet corn boiled 2 tsp
  • butter 1/2 tsp
  • water 3 Cups

How to make Tomato Coriander Shorba

  1. Take a pan. Put tomato and coriander. Put 3 cups water. Boil for 5 minutes. Let it cool.
  2. Grind this to a fine paste. Strain.
  3. Take a wok. Add butter, put ginger chilli paste, saute. Now add tomato coriander paste. Add 1/2 cup water. Cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add salt, corn and black pepper.
  5. Serve hot.

My Tip:

No cornflour needed.
