Ingredients to make Egg Curry With Kasuri Methi

  • egg 3
  • oil 5 tsp
  • onion 1 chopped
  • tomato 1 chopped
  • turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Kashmiri red chilly powder 2 tsp
  • coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  • cumin Powder 1/2 Tsp
  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  • Kasuri methi 2 tsp
  • Few coriander leaves chopped
  • salt to taste
  • water as required

How to make Egg Curry With Kasuri Methi

  1. Take some water in a pan, add the eggs and boil till it is hard boiled. Remove shell and keep aside.
  2. Puree the onion and tomato separately and keep aside.
  3. Take the hard boiled egg and rub with little salt, turmeric and chilly powder.
  4. Heat oil in a pan.
  5. Add the eggs and fry till slidely brown on all sides. Remove and keep aside.
  6. In the same oil, simmer the heat and add the onion puree and saute for about 2 mins.
  7. Add the tomato puree and saute for 2-3 mins.
  8. Add the masala powder, salt, mix well and saute for few mins.
  9. Add some water, cover the pan and cook for about 3-5mims.
  10. Add the egg, cover the pan and cook for about 5 mins.
  11. Add the kasuri methi, mix well and cook for about 5 mins.
  12. Add chopped coriander leaves, give a quick stir and take off the flame.
