Ingredients to make Dry Fish And Potato Chutney

  • potato 2 peeled and cubed
  • Dry Fish - 2
  • green chilly 10
  • tomato 2 medium
  • coriander leaves chopped few
  • onion 1 small sliced thinly
  • Spring onion greens for Garnish
  • salt to taste
  • water 2 cups

How to make Dry Fish And Potato Chutney

  1. Take the potatoes, dry fish, green chillies, tomatoes in a pan.
  2. Add Salt and water and bring to boil. Cook till the water is evaporated and the potatoes are cooked.
  3. Take them to a mortar and ground it with the help of a Pestle.
  4. Add chopped coriander leaves, sliced onions reserving some for garnish and mix well.
  5. Transfer them to a serving bowl and garnish with sliced onion and chopped Spring onion greens and serve.
