Ingredients to make basan papdi

  • gram flour 12 kg
  • oil 1 litre
  • salt
  • red chilli POWDER 1 TBSP
  • caraway seeds 1tbsp
  • water to kneed dough

How to make basan papdi

  1. in a large bawl add gram flour . add 1 cup oil in it then add salt red chilli powder caraway seeds and mix well . add water in slots and make a firm dough.
  2. make small bolls roll them and prick them .
  3. heat oil and deep fry all these papdis .
