Bhrahmi is a herb and useful for brain. I used it for yummy fritter and grill it for made more healthy

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 100 gm bhrami leaves (chopped)
  2. One big potato (chopped)
  3. One medium onion (chopped)
  4. Coriander leaves (chopped)
  5. Green chillies (chopped)
  6. 1 1/2 cup besan (gram flour)
  7. 1/2 cup oil (cooking or olive oil)
  8. Salt to taste
  9. 1/4 tbs turmeric
  10. Chilli flicks to taste
  11. Water

Instructions

  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a big bowl.
  2. Add oil. Mix well and used water for making a thick batter. Not flowing.
  3. Preheat the microwave on combi-grill mode in 270 degree. ( this setting is depend on the microwave's brands so use this option according to you microwave)
  4. Take a mental plate and put mixer on it in small ball size with distance. Microwave it for 10 mins. Turn up to down pieces and brush it with oil into all side.
  5. Than microwave it for 5 mins again.
  6. Serve only hot bcoz Bharhmi is little bitter in to taste.
  7. Serve with green chillies creamy yogurt dip.
