ABOUT Falooda Ice Cream RECIPE

A famous North Indian summer drink.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/3 cup falooda sev
  2. 4-5 tbsp of soaked sabja seeds
  3. 4 cups chilled milk
  4. 4 scoops of vanilla ice cream
  5. 5-6 tbsp of rose syrup
  6. Sliced dry fruits of your choice

Instructions

  1. In a glass add in the rose syrup from the sides of the glass. Then add sabja seeds at the bottom followed by falooda sev.
  2. In a slow stream, pour in the milk to cover about 3/4th of the glass. Then top it with one scoop of vanilla ice cream.
  3. Garnish with a few dry fruits of your choice.
