Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 3-4 Packets of Maggi
  2. 3 tablespoon curd
  3. 1 tablespoon chilli powder
  4. 1 tablespoon dhaniya powder
  5. French beans 1/4 cup
  6. 1 large onion
  7. 1 large tomato
  8. 1 cup boiled peas
  9. 2 tablespoon soya sauce
  10. 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
  11. 2 packets of maggi masala
  12. 3 large tablespoon tamarind (imli)
  13. Salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. Boil all the vegetables by adding a little salt and water.
  2. Add all the boiled veg and masalas, sauce, maggi, all together. Cover and cook it in a low flame.
  3. Then add in the tamarind. Add water as required. Cover it and cook for 5 more mins.
  4. Your tangy Maggi is ready!
