  • boiled potatoes
  • salt
  • chilli powder
  • oil

How to make Aloo Stuffed Capsicums

  1. First cut the head of capsicums and remove seeds
  2. Boil potatoes and mash them well and mix with salt and chilli powder
  3. Fill the aloo mixture inside each capsicum
  4. Put the top of the capsicums back, pressing tightly so that the mixture doesn't come out
  5. Deep fry each capsicum. once its cooked turn it the other side and cook till done.

My Tip:

Aloo mixture should be filled inside each capsicum tightly so that while frying it doesn't come out
