Maake di roti is the popular bread of Punjab. Its made with corn ka aata.you can give any twist like paratha because the flour taste is bland. I love makke di roti with saarson da saang.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. maize flour 2 cups
  2. white radishes 2 grated
  3. Coriander finely chopped 1/2 cup
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Green chilli paste 1/2 tsp
  6. butter 4 tbsp for cooking roti

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients well and make a soft dough with the help of lukewarm water.
  2. make medium sized balls of the dough.
  3. using a plastic sheet ,roll the dough.
  4. roast the Makki di roti on a tava with 2 tsp of ghee till golden and cooked.
  5. serve it with saarson da saag.
