Ingredients to make Mutton mince kheema pattice

  • Mutton mince (cooked) 250 gm
  • onion chopped 2
  • coriander leaves 3 tbsp
  • green chilly 2 no
  • Crushed garlic 3 to 4 strands
  • Black pepper(crushed) 1 tsp
  • cornflour 1 tbsp
  • salt to taste
  • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • cumin seed powder 1 tsp
  • coriander seed powder 1 tsp
  • All spices masala 1 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • oil to fry
  • eggs 2
  • Toast or bread crumbs 1 cup

How to make Mutton mince kheema pattice

  1. Put mutton mince in a cooker. Now add 4 to 5 slices onion, oil, turmeric powder and take 3 to 4 whistels to cook. Do not over cook.
  2. Remove mince in a bowl. Now add chopped onions, coriander leaves chopped, green chilly chopped or thinly sliced and mash them well. Keep aside for 2 minutes.
  3. Now add all spices and corn flour. Mix together.
  4. Make a ball sized tikki or whatever shape you like.
  5. Now take two beaten eggs in bowl .
  6. After finish making tikki dip in beaten eggs and coat with toast or bread crumbs.
  7. Now heat grill pan or normal pan. Add oil and place the mince tikki and shallow fry till light brown colour.
  8. Serve hot mutton kheema pattice with any chutney or ketchup. Garnish with coriander leaves.
