Patiala Kaju Paneer

Ingredients to make Patiala Kaju Paneer

  • 3 medium onions
  • 10-12 garlic
  • 4-5 dry red chillies
  • paneer 250gm
  • Kasturi methi 1 tbsp
  • Sabzi masala 2 tbsp
  • Garam masala 1 tbsp
  • Dhaniya powder 2 tbsp
  • butter 1 tbsp
  • cashews 10-12
  • Milk 1 cup
  • cream 1 cup
  • salt to taste
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • haldi 1 tsp

How to make Patiala Kaju Paneer

  1. Chop the onions and red chillies, crush the garlic, and let them fry in shallow pan with little oil.
  2. Once the onion is golden brown, add garam masala, sabzi masala salt and haldi.
  3. Once the masala is cooked add finely chopped cubes of paneer and kusturi methi .
  4. So after the paneer has absorbed the flavour, add kaju paste, cream and milk.
  5. Cook for five minutes and your dish is ready.

My Tip:

Soak the cashew overnight, so that when you grind it, it forms a fine thick paste.
