Crostini/Toasted Bread With Vegetable And Cheese.

Ingredients to make Crostini/Toasted Bread With Vegetable And Cheese.

  • French loaf 1
  • Red bell pepper 1/2 cup
  • 3)Green bell pepper 1/2 cup.
  • Yellow bell pepper 1/2 cup
  • Baby corn sliced 1/2 cup
  • Fresh parsley chopped 1/4 cup
  • butter 2 tbsp
  • garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Dry Oregano 2 tsp
  • tomato ketchup 1/4 cup
  • Fresh ground pepper 1/2 tsp
  • olive oil 2 tsp
  • Pizza seasoning 2 tsp
  • Mozzarella cheese grated 1/2 cup
  • salt to taste

How to make Crostini/Toasted Bread With Vegetable And Cheese.

  1. Cut the French loaf into thin slices.
  2. Take butter, 1 tsp dry Oregano (hand crushed), 1 tsp garlic paste and 1/8 cup fresh chopped parsley in a bowl and mix well.
  3. Apply this butter mixture evenly on the loaf slices on both the sides.
  4. Wrap a baking tray with aluminium foil. Put the loaf slices on the tray. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 5 min in preheated oven.
  5. 5)Next take olive oil in a frying pan add garlic paste 1 tsp. Add all bell peppers, baby corn, fresh parsley, pizza seasoning, dry oregano, tomato ketchup and ground black pepper.
  6. Fry them for few minute. Turn off the flame.
  7. Take out the loaf slices from the oven.
  8. Top them with vegetable topping and grated Mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle pizza seasoning on the cheese.
  9. Put the slices back in oven and bake it for 3-4 minutes or till cheese melts.
  10. Crostini is ready to be served hot.
