Ingredients to make Schezwan egg roast

  • For marination : Egg boiled -3 Sliced into quarter
  • Corn flour - 2 tbsp
  • Maida -2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce - 1 tsp
  • Salt
  • Red chilly paste - 1 tsp
  • Ajinomoto
  • For the sauce : Onion - 1 finely chopped Soya sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Ajinomotto
  • Salt
  • Pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Red chilly paste - 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1/2 tsp
  • Water

How to make Schezwan egg roast

  1. Mix all the ingredients for marination ingredients together. Heat oil in a pan, fry the eggs that are marinated.Keep it aside.
  2. Heat little oil in a pan.add the onions. Fry them.
  3. Add salt, sugar, red chilli paste and saute them. Add the pepper powder and soya sauce.Mix them well.
  4. Add water and allow the sauce to noil for few mins. Finally add the fried eggs. Mix well and serve.
