Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 6 boil egg
  2. 2 tbsp Schezwan sauce
  3. 1 tbsp ginger and garlic
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 1tbsp black pepper
  6. 4 tomatoes
  7. 1 tbsp kasuri methi

Instructions

  1. Grind tomatoes with ginger garlic.
  2. Heat oil add puree and saute add Schezwan sauce now add salt black pepper.
  3. Add crushed kasuri methi.
  4. Now add boil eggs....mix well ..serve it with tandoori roti..
