Yummy Maggie Puffs

Ingredients to make Yummy Maggie Puffs

  • Cooked Maggie noodles
  • Sandwich Bread
  • Sliced onion and capsicum
  • Maida1/2 cup
  • besan 1/2 cup
  • A pinch of baking soda
  • ginger and garlic paste
  • Finely chopped coriander leaves
  • Grated cheese 4 tbsp
  • red chilli powder
  • Garam masala
  • salt to taste
  • oil to fry

How to make Yummy Maggie Puffs

  1. Prepare maggi noodles. Keep aside.
  2. Heat butter, add sliced onions, capsicum, chopped green chillies, and ginger garlic paste. Saute till done.
  3. Add maggie noodles, coriander leaves, garam masala and chilli powder. When the mixture becomes cold, add grated cheese.
  4. Now cut sides of bread, dip in water and squeeze out excess water. Add the preapred mixture on one side of the bread and then fold the slice to cover the mixture. Seal all the sides and keep in the fridge for 5 minutes
  5. Now make a thick batter of besan and cornflour (equal parts ) add salt and red chilli powder and a pinch cooking soda. Mix well .
  6. Dip puffs in the batter and deep fry till golden and crisp
  7. Serve hot
