Ingredients to make Mixed vegetables Vermicilli Pulao

  • Vermicelli 2 cups
  • oil 2tsp
  • carrots chopped 4tbsp
  • capsicum chopped 4tbsp
  • cabbage chopped 4tbsp
  • onion 1 big finely chopped
  • tomato 1 chopped
  • jeera 1/2 tsp
  • Rayi 1/2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
  • red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • Maggi masala 1 tsp
  • curry leaves 4-5
  • Green chilli
  • lemon juice 1 tbsp

How to make Mixed vegetables Vermicilli Pulao

  1. Take a pan dry roast vermicelli for few min then add 3cups of water and cook for 2 mins
  2. After 2 mins turn off gas add chilled water
  3. Strain water from vermicelli and keep aside
  4. In another pan add oil add jeera and rayi
  5. Add curry leaves and onion cook them for a few mins
  6. Add veggies and again cook for few minutes
  7. Add salt turmeric powder red chilli powder maggi masala and mix well
  8. Add vermicelli and mix well
  9. Cover it with a lid and cook on low flame for 2 mins
  10. Add lemon juice and coriander leaves turn off the gas. serve hot
