Ingredients to make Green Chilly Garlic Thecha

  • Spicy green chillies 01 dozen
  • Medium garlic flakes 5
  • salt 1/2 tsp or as per taste
  • oil 1 1/2 tbsp

How to make Green Chilly Garlic Thecha

  1. Coarsely grind the chillies and garlic along with the salt.
  2. In a seasoning spoon, add the oil and let it heat. Put in this coarse mixture and let cook for about a couple of minutes until the oil seeps out.
  3. Let cool and then eat with rotis. Tip : The spice content is very high so take care.
