Ingredients to make Tangy Fish Roast

  • King fish slice 1/2kg
  • Marinate fish slices with turmeric,ggpaste chilli pwdr, salt ,Lil lemon juice ...
  • onion 3
  • ginger 1/2 inch grated
  • garlic pods 4-5
  • tomato 1big
  • Green chilles 3
  • turmeric 1/2tsp
  • Red chilli pwdr 1tsp
  • Corianderpwdr 2tsp
  • saunf 1 1/2tsp
  • Garam masala 1/2tsp
  • mustard seed
  • curry leaves
  • salt
  • lemon 1

How to make Tangy Fish Roast

  1. Fry the fish slices in coconut oil,keep side.same oil splutter mustard seeds,curry leaves, grated ginger, garlic,green chilles & saute...then add onion tomato & saute well...now add all the masala mentioned and add lilttle water &cook.
  2. After 3 mts, add shallow fried fish slices over to the masala, few minutes later flip dem other side ..so dat ur fish slices absorbs more masala, cook for 1 more min..
  3. Switch off the stove, add lemon juice for tangyness and serve vit rice/ chappathi....

My Tip:

You can also add mango powder for better tangyness...
