  • DESI ghee 4-5 TABLESPOON TO SERVE
  • 1 TEASPOON cardamom POWDER
  • ROASTED almond AND CASHEW POWDERED 1 CUP
  • jaggery GRATED 1.5 CUP
  • ROASTED peanut POWDERD 1 & HALF CUP
  • 2 TABLESPOON gram flour
  • salt

How to make SHAHI WHEAT FLOUR PARATHA

  1. IN BIG BOWL ,MIX PEANUT POWDER,JAGGERY , DRY FRUIT POWDER , CARDAMOM POWDER ,SPRINKLE 1 TABLE SPOON MILK MIX WELL . TAKE WHEAT FLOUR, A PINCH OF SALT GRAM FLOUR AND ONE TEASPOON OIL AND KNEED SOFT DOUGH FOR PARATHA
  2. AFTER RESTING THE DOUGH FOR 10 MINUTES, TAKE A SMALL BALL OF THOUGH AND STUFF THE PEANUT BALL AS MADE ABOVE IN THIS THOUGH AND ROLL OUT THE PARATHA WITH HELP OF DRY FLOUR , SPRINKLED. ROAST THIS PARATHA ON MEDIUM HEAT
  3. SERVE HOT OR COLD BY APPLYING DESI GHEE ON BOTH SIDE OF PARATHA WITH EXTRA GHEE AS PER LIKING

THIS DISH BEST OPTION IN WINTER ,BEST FOR KIDS EVEN FOR OLD AGED TO BOOST HEALTH IF WE ADD CHOCOLATE POWDER 1 TABLESPOON IN STUFFING IT WILL ADD TASTE AND LIKING FOR KIDS
