Ingredients to make Flaxseed And Wheat flour Sweet Paratha

  • Atta or whole wheat flour 1 cup
  • water as required
  • oil 2 tsp
  • ghee 2 tsp
  • Flaxseed powder 3 tbsp
  • sugar 2 tsp

How to make Flaxseed And Wheat flour Sweet Paratha

  1. Take a bowl add flour , salt a pinch , and water
  2. Knead well , add 1 /2 tsp oil
  3. Make soft dough
  4. Keep aside for 20 mins
  5. Now make the stuffing , add flaxseed powder , sugar and ghee 1 tsp , mix well
  6. Make medium sized balls out of the dough , flatten them little , add stuffing
  7. Roll them with the help of rolling pin
  8. Now heat a tawa , cook the parathas , until brown from both the sides
  9. Now apply ghee on both sides and cook until they are dark brown in colour
  10. Serve with tea , you can't stop eating .
