  • Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 n half tsp
  • Malwani masala 2 tbsp
  • Red food colour 1 tsp
  • Kasuri methi crushd 1 tbsp
  • lemon juice 1 full
  • salt to taste
  • 1 n half tsp oil
  • butter for basting
