  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • 3/4 cup butter milk
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • butter as needed

How to make Lemon Poppy Seeds Pancakes

  1. To start making Lemon Poppy Seeds Pancakes, combine the dry ingredients(flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, baking powder, lemon zest, poppy seeds) in a medium bowl.
