Jhatpat Paneer & Bell Pepper sabzi !!

Ingredients to make Jhatpat Paneer & Bell Pepper sabzi !!

  • paneer - 400 gms
  • Red, Yellow & Green Bell peppers - half each cut into small cubes
  • onion -2 big chopped small
  • tomato - 3 cut small
  • coriander leaves - for garnish
  • ginger garlic paste - 1 tbspn
  • Milk - 1/4 th cup
  • Dry masalas -
  • turmeric pwdr - half tspn
  • red chilly powder - half tspn
  • jeera pwdr - half tspn
  • coriander pwdr - 1 & half tspn
  • Everest Kitchen King masala or chicken masala - 1 to 2 tspn ( adjust to taste )
  • salt to taste
  • oil - 2 tbspn
  • water for cooking

How to make Jhatpat Paneer & Bell Pepper sabzi !!

  1. Take a kadai or pan, heat it.... when hot add the oil....
  2. Now add chopped onions & saute well....
  3. Add ginger garlic paste & let it cook till raw smell goes.... Keep stirring
  4. Now add all the dry masalas & saute well
  5. Add the chopped tomatoes and salt and let it cook till soft
  6. Add the paneer cubes & chopped bell peppers...
  7. Mix well. Add milk and if reqd little water..... Check the consistency & seasoning.
  8. Adjust if required. Let it cook for a few minutes.... see that the bell peppers are not over cooked...It should be crisp... Then turn off the gas and garnish with coriander leaves.
  9. Serve hot with roti or rice
