Ingredients to make Raspberry and White Chocolate Valentine Cake

  • olive oil 1/2 cup
  • icing sugar 1/2 cup +1/2 cup
  • eggs 2
  • Vanilla essence Few drops
  • Amul cream
  • white chocolate chips 300 gms
  • maida 1 cup
  • baking powder 3/4 tea spoon
  • Baking soda 1/4 tea spoon
  • raspberry preserve
  • fondant
  • Edible colours

How to make Raspberry and White Chocolate Valentine Cake

  1. Pre heat the oven.mix icing sugar and oil well then eggs into it. add vanilla essence.
  2. mix all dry ingredients together. add them to the mixture.pour in tin and put it in oven at 180 C
  3. meanwhile paint the fondant like a card of king of heart and keep it aside to dry
  4. put chocolate chips with half of amul cream in it and microvave it for one minute mix it well and let it cool
  5. once the white chocolate chip is cool whip it until light
  6. when cake it done take out and allow to cool, cut layers
  7. mix raspberry preserve with some water and brush the layers with it
  8. assemble the cake and cover it with white chocolate frosting, decorate with white chocolate chips and a heart of raspberry preserve and the fondant card

dry the fondant card well
