Chocolate Caramel Banana Crepe

Ingredients to make Chocolate Caramel Banana Crepe

  • For the Caramel banana:
  • 2 bananas cut into circles
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • For the crepes:
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • tsp baking powder
  • tsp nutmeg powder

How to make Chocolate Caramel Banana Crepe

  1. To make the caramel banana. Heat a pan, and put in the butter. As it starts melting add in the sugar. Once the sugar starts bubbling add the bananas.
  2. Swirl the pan around to coat the sugar well. Cook this for 2 minutes and keep aside.
  3. To make the crepes, mix all the listed ingredients together. Add water and make a smooth batter of spreading consistency.
  4. Heat a pan and spoon a ladle full of batter on the pan. Cook for 2 minutes till bubbles start appearing. Then flip it and cook some more.
  5. Roll the crepes, spread the caramel banana on top and garnish with chocolate sauce and icing sugar.
  6. Serve instantly to enjoy it at its best!
